MARKETING MANAGER:

Location : Plant (Vijayrampur, Thakurdwara, Distt. Moradabad, U.P.

Experience : 6 - 8 years of marketing in the food/FMCG Sector.

Preference : 3 to 4 years experience in the field of sale/marketing of honey (Unbranded Honey

in Bulk and Branded Packed Honey under the Brand of “Qufah”

Education : B. Sc. /M. Sc. Food Technology or B. Com/M.Com. with MBA in Business.

Role : We are seeking a result oriented Marketing Manager with Solid experience in the field of Honey Processing Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing of Natural Blossom Honey. This role require well-rounded professional who can combine technical knowledge with strategic marketing skill to identify market opportunities, support business growth and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage marketing activities for Honey.

2. Identify potential markets, customers and business opportunities.

3. Stay updated on product application and relevant industry developments.

4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.

5. Build and maintain strong relationship with the customers, distributors and industry partners.

6. Develop products presentations, brochures and marketing content.

7. Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions and tradeshows etc.

8. Monitor competitors activities with close eyes and provide insights to support strategic planning.

Candidate Profile :

1. 6 – 8 years experience in marketing or sales with in the honey/ FMCG sector.

2. Strong technical understanding of Honey and its end-use applications.

3. Knowledge of customer segments in honey/food processing industries.

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Organized, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
